As building engineer at 1515 Broadway, Shmerykowsky Consulting Engineers was tasked with reviewing the structural plans for Aeropostale's new Times Square outlet there at street level. Construction proceeded according to a strict schedule so as not to disrupt the operation of the adjacent Nokia Theater. Smooth and efficient coordination was therefore paramount in completing the project.
