SCE performed the structural review of a National Hockey League retail outlet on the behalf of building owners SL Green Realty Corp. Shmerykowsky reviewed structural drawings covering the 11th to 15th floors and also inspected the cellar, ground floor, and mezzanine slabs to ensure their load-bearing capacity.
