Shmerykowsky principal and former partner at structural engineering firm Weiskopf & Pickworth John Shmerykowsky served as Partner-in-Charge during the design and construction of this high-rise at 750 7th Avenue. The building was designed by architects Kevin Roche John Dinkeloo & Associates and is known for its ziggurat-like shape, an inspired adaptation to NYCDOB mandated setbacks.
