A temporary derrick was installed on the roof of the 60-story One Chase Manhattan Plaza and used to hoist new transformers from street level to the 51st floor. Shmerykowky Consulting Engineers reviewed the installation of the derrick and inspected the building's window washing track steel which supported the derrick.
